I co-founded Advanced in April, 1971. If memory serves me right, I must have been only about ten years old at the time!

After all these years I still enjoy working with our customers with all of their print, fulfillment and distribution requirements. The secret to our longevity is the fact that we have an excellent staff that always puts the needs of our customers as their top priority.

I have been active in our national trade association, the PSDA (Print. Service. Distribution. Association), since we joined in 1973. I am on the board of directors, serving as treasurer. I am also the president of the Midwest Distributors Association, a regional trade association. These groups have helped us to stay in the forefront of changes in products and technology so that we can better serve our customers.

On a personal note, I am married and the father of three grown daughters. I enjoy sports, reading, travel and watching classic, award-winning movies such as "Dumb and Dumber", "Kingpin" and "Animal House".
